I’m a big fan og Metanet N, and N+. This year (hopefully in this spring) next generation N is coming, called N++. I’m super stoked and have started saving for a PS4, since it’s first released on the Playstation Network. In this occasion Metanet have been out promoting the game, and I bought a sticker and pin pack to show my tribute.
I didn’t only get stickers and pins, but I also got a personal letter thanking me, which is pretty cool!
Metanet is the best!
History of N:
The first version of N was released as freeware in 2004; it gradually spread through word of mouth to millions of players. We were surprised and humbled by the interest in the game, and strove to make it even better, releasing N+ in 2008. Since then we’ve continued to refine and develop the game, working on new levels, enemies, and game modes. We’ve learned a lot about N over the past ten years, and we’re putting it all into N++. N++ will be the definitive and final game in the series — we’re sending it off with a bang.
Just want to wish every reader a Happy New Year! Hope you had fun last night!
PS: N+ v2 is out as a public beta; head over to http://www.thewayoftheninja.org/nv2_beta.html
I’m not sure if I said this before, but I really like my PSP. Today I played some N+, and some of the levels are really hard! It’s just damned…On one level I had over 300 tries before I gave up. It was just too hard.
My brother got home from New York today (he had been there with his girlfriend), so I finally got a ZuneHD! Haven’t played that much with it. Been busy with school and friend, but soon everything is synced with it and ready to go. Sadly I need to get to bed very soon! Getting tired and it’s over two o’clock. “Anywho”, I was supriesed that it looks so much smaller than my older Zune (it’s mostly thinner). Other then that it’s very light and feel awesome in my hand! As I haven’t really tried it out, other than checking out my blog on it while I was on the bathroom, I can’t tell you much. Will try it out in the next few days and come back with more info. Btw, I also got some new PSP games; Loco Roco, N+, Little Big Planet and ATV Offroad Fury: Blazin’ Trails
Oh, had a friend over playing some Super Smash Bros. on the Gamecube today. Was super awesome! We’re planning a compo with more people. Going to be the bomb!
Check out the next game from the creators of N+, Slick Entertainment. Looking good, but release next year. That’s a long time to wait.
N+ is now the deal of the week on XBLA for gold members! Hooray! For those who haven’t tried it yet, you should really really really check it out!

Yet another Saturday. The week goes by fast. Nearly to fast. I haven’t been very social this week. Mostly been working on a Java task with binary searctrees and singlyLinkedList. It’s fun, but I can’t quite wrap my head around the search-tree. At least its fun in a very geeky kind of way, but I did have someone over last night. We made dinner and watched a movie. Bank Job, a really cool one. So thumbs up from me. As the dinner goes, we made fish. Not very often I eat it, but it’s okay. We made salomon which is the best of the fishes out there. The funny thing is that now it smell salomon from my kitchen and frying pan. Going to wash at least the pan real good with some awesome soap. Don’t want the fish taste and smell on my hamburgers I’m making today.
I’m also soon done with my new N+ level. I’m having friend of mine beta test it to see which category it ends up in. I’m thinking medium, but probably hard…Probably post picture about the level tomorrow. His time: 15,82 . My time: 55,30. Can you beat it?
I’ve also played a lot of Skate 2 latly, so much that I’m soon reaching ten thousand gamescore! Hopefully reaching it at the end of this week. “Anywho”, check out some of my cool Skate footage after the more… Planning on making a video of it all, just need to find a good flv to avi converter. Any tips?

Had a friend over last night. And we played some N+. Long time since last time, but I found a little glitch while we where playing survivor. On one of the level pack #3 level, you spawn in front of a Twhump. So one time I spawned behind it and I got pushed back into “it’s” tunnel and true a one way wall, which I didn’t know I could. So then I came up with the idea of a level that uses that glitch as a “puzzle”. So sketched some levels to an episode on a piece of paper and here they are. Not sure if all of them work, but going to find out today. And if you want to try them out send me an message on Live and I’ll host a game. Gamertag is “Kyrreman”.
Since my girlfriend and I moved into our apartment, things have been a bit busy. Getting stuff to work, paint walls, set up furniture, make food, school and so on. Luckily we are getting done with most of the stuff. Our bedroom is now painted. Looking really fly, and we’re planning on moving the bed tomorrow. Need to dry and air the smell out first. I’m also starting with my mandatory task in java tomorrow. Probably not getting it done, but will at least get a huge step further than I’m now. Also I’ve been seeing more and more game I want to buy and play. Too bad the time and money doesn’t stretch that far. “Anywho”, N+ level pack #2 is hitting XBLA tomorrow and 2D Boy is done with their World of Goo! Yay!
My life is so hard! As I’m moving next week I need to get myself a new TV. And there is so much to choose from. Too much. I have no idea what to pick. So it will be interesting to see what I end up with. I also found out that my computer is fixed. Good news! So hoping to get it back the next few days. My girlfriend also bought a new laptop. The Acer One with Linux. It’s so freaking cool! I want it too! At least I get to play with it. Cheers.
On the N+ news, I’ve given up for now to create my episode on the computer since the XBLA version is so much better, so I’ll wait for the N v1,5 to make them. I have some photos you can all look at while we sit and wait. Hit the jump to see them!
