Summer is soon over

Summer is soon over, and it haven’t quite been the summer I was expecting it to be. First of all I thought I would have a lot more free time to do whatever I cared to too, and secondly, I was afraid I would be a bit alone whole of July since my best friend moved. I also hoped to be able to lower my kitchen roof and dig in my parents garden (my mom wants a bigger platform (dunno what it’s called in English)). Fun fact, none of them happened. It’s been very boring not have had all the free time I was hoping for, and not been able to helping out at home, but the good thing is that I met a new girl. She is a wonderful girl too, full of happiness and self-confidence. She’s also funny to be with and a bit whimsy. And I really like every part of her.

So, back to the boring stuff. I’ve been working nearly everyday of this vacation, that’s why there haven’t been that much posts. I also haven’t felt like writing either. Guess that’s a very bad combination. So I’ve been pushing this blog post a head of me, and since I’m living for camp tomorrow, I just had to write it now. I also didn’t wanted to do anything else (code Java to get sound to work? nah. Paint a munny? nah…).  So now I’m eating candy I bought in Sweden this week, and waiting for my girlfriend to get back from Vinjerock. Yes, I was in Sweden this Wednesday with my brother, just for a more fun shopping trip. Plus they have a special kind of ice tea I really really like! We also bought a lot of candy and wine, well, my brother bought a lot of wine. I went for ice tea and Capri-Sonne. Plus some regular tea, four new tastes of YogiTea! So there can be a new YogiTea of the day every day!

Earlier in this blog I mentioned that I didn’t get time to lower my kitchen roof, that doesn’t mean I didn’t to any renovation in my apartment. Not at all. I’ve changed nearly all of my kitchen doors and I’ve made a new work desk in my “office”! How cool isn’t that. By nearly all of the doors, means that I need to find two doors which can replace two of my glass doors. Haven’t found anyone who fit yet, plus one closet is missing a door, because I can’t get the drawer out. Guess I need to use more force! I’ll fix it when I get back from camp. Back to my office, I’ve turned the whole “room” back, now I’m facing the other wall and I can see out of two windows instead of just looking straight into a dark corner. So much better. I even can stand and work if I like too. Just as I could when I was using my computer in the kitchen. I’ve posted some pictures for you all at the end of the post. There is also some from a little water mill my brother found on a little, what you going to call it, stone river? You’ll understand when you see the pictures. We’re also planning to do something more with it when we get the time. Going to be super awesome,  and I will of course post pictures!

Back to where I’m now, writing. So next week (in other words, tomorrow) I’m going to a confirmation camp (I’m a leader!), staying there till Saturday, so guess there will not be any post the coming week. After that school kinda starts. No class, but some school happenings, meeting new student, meeting old student, be a helping teacher, and help people learn Linux and stuff like that. Going to be fun. So no reason for not getting back in track with maybe a post everyday. Hopefully! I’m also very very close to hitting 500 blog post! How cool is that?! Think this is 496, if I’m not mistaking. So need to start writing that post very soon. I’m also planning a blog party to celebrate my 500th post. I’ll let you know what and when and all that stuff later. Probably when I get back from camp. So till then, have a nice week! Thanks for reading. Let me hear from you if you think you have a great idea to celebrate my 500th post!
