Ciber

What you see are my new business cards that I got when I started in my first big job after finishing my Master education. I officially got the job in November, but I didn’t start before August 13th. So now I’ve worked three weeks, where two of them was about learning what kind of tools/frameworks they use for development, and how Ciber runs their business.

I’ve spent the last week at Vegvesenet which is probably where I’m going to spent my next coming year. The people are really nice, and I’m starting to grasp the system.

So wish me good luck!

My work and a cool post stamp

Sorry for the mess with the pictures, but something went wrong. “Anywho”, I’ve got my book which I forgot in Poland in the mail today. Look at the cool post stamp! I’m also done with the “technical” with my new Zune LitagoCow dock. Planning on spraying it black and painting the Zune logo on it. I’m also nearly done with my Vimobot with an USB inside, didn’t end up the way I wanted. It’s too heavy! So not sure if I’m going to “mass-product” it. I also took two pictures of my test Munny head and it’s webcam body.

I’m going away…

For the weekend that is. I’m going to a work seminar. Not sure if I’ll learn that much, but I’m mostly there to be the tech guy and help people. Hopefully I’ll be able to steal some education about our yearly lenten campaign. So not sure if I’ll have time to make a post. So, here two pictures from yesterday! Enjoy!

My new shoes

I finally got around to buy myself some new squash shoes! They feel really great and can’t wait to try them out the first coming Monday! It was about time to. I was playing this morning and I lost more than one point just because of my slippery shoes. Thats no fun! I’ve posted some pictures after the more link.

Other than new shoes, I’ve been to work, school and Oslo “culturenight” as it’s literal translated. ¬†Watched some amazing firework. It was so quiet and beautiful!

“Anywho”, time to go to bed. Up early to wash clothes and then I’m going to check out a gallery at ten, and Ikea after that. Blog you tomorrow too, probably not that late. Or technical it’s today.

YogiTea of the day: Let your hearth guide you.

Back to normal…

School is starting next Monday, so things should go back to normal very soon. I’m really looking forward to that. It’s been a hectic summer, don’t feel that I’ve relaxed that much. Still isn’t done with everything I started, but hoping to get done with most of it this coming week. I’ve also made lists of stuff I need to buy and jobs that need to be done. So it should be easy to get it done if I stick to the plan.

Last week (this week) I spent at confirmation camp, and it was fun. Very tiering but fun. Didn’t get much time to relax, was action from 8 to 24!

I’ve also worked out some new projects and have some other plans working out in my head, but more of them in a later post hopefully arriving late Monday or Tuesday. ¬†Also, check out two awesome videos after the jump.

Summer is soon over

Summer is soon over, and it haven’t quite been the summer I was expecting it to be. First of all I thought I would have a lot more free time to do whatever I cared to too, and secondly, I was afraid I would be a bit alone whole of July since my best friend moved. I also hoped to be able to lower my kitchen roof and dig in my parents garden (my mom wants a bigger platform (dunno what it’s called in English)). Fun fact, none of them happened. It’s been very boring not have had all the free time I was hoping for, and not been able to helping out at home, but the good thing is that I met a new girl. She is a wonderful girl too, full of happiness and self-confidence. She’s also funny to be with and a bit whimsy. And I really like every part of her.

So, back to the boring stuff. I’ve been working nearly everyday of this vacation, that’s why there haven’t been that much posts. I also haven’t felt like writing either. Guess that’s a very bad combination. Continue reading Summer is soon over

Back on track

At least soon, I’ve got YouAndMeGames.com up and running with a nice Theme called Minimal. Head over there to read some more. Other than that there is some more minecraft news, sounds coming this week. Looking forward to that. Going to be fun! He have also made some more “cubes” you can build with.

I’ve been out golfing and hanging at the river bank chilling. Had a swim for the first time this year. It felt great, and it was so much fun to hang out with friends. Need to do that more. Other than that I have vacuum the whole apartment and cleaned a bit. Looks a lot nicer now. Also have some pictures I want to show you all. Maybe I’ll have time to post them tomorrow. I’ll see what I have time for. Going to work from two to ten, sucks.

Me and You

So, been a while since I’ve blogged about my life now. Sometimes I don’t feel like talking about myself, but mostly I don’t have the patience to sit down and start writing. The last weeks have been like that. Not sure why that happens, because there have been several occasions where I could just sit down and start to write. I also know that I don’t have to write very long either. It’s not a test or anything like that, but still I don’t take the time to just relax and write. Lately I’ve been feeling, not stressed, but that I have to do something all the time. Like I have to play some 360 or Gamecube, not because I really want to, but because I’ve bought some new games. Guess the collection and not having enough time and interest to play the “new” games tricks with my head.

Speaking of new games, got Viewtiful Joy 2 and Samurai Jack for Gamecube, that puts my Gamecube game collection up to 34! Still a bit to 50 games, but I like how the stack rise! Wonder how much space it would take if I spread them out on my floor. “Anywho”, I had to try them out a little before I could stack them with the others and leave them there till next time I have time to play some games. Samurai Jack was kinda like the series (which I find rather cool), your powerful, quick (at least when you slow down time) and you fight like an real samurai. Think it can be a fun game, because you will learn new combos as you advance through the levels. Also there are some relics you have to pick up and you will get some kind of an bonus. Don’t know yet, as I’ve only played through first level.
Viewtiful Joy 2 was also a fun game. Not sure if I liked the graphical style on it, but the fighting and powers you have and get trough the games, makes it promising. I think I need to play it a bit more in a near future. One of the best trick, is slowing down time. Then you really kick some enemies ass. I really think more games should have slow-motion in some way! Continue reading Me and You
