Monkey ISland 2 coming to XBLA!

Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge is coming as a special edition to XBLA (and iPhone, iPod Touch, Mac, PC, PS3) this summer. Woho! This is one of my favorite game of all time. Check out some pictures over at Kotaku. Not sure if I like the new look, but as long as I can play with the old one, I won’t complain.

Even more Trials HD info!

Just some quick quotes from the forum.

Controllers

Leaning
– Left analog stick: Analog backward/forward leaning
– Directional pad: Digital leaning (full power)

Gas & Brake:
– Right analog trigger: Analog gas
– Left analog trigger: Analog brake
– A: Digital gas (full power)
– X: Digital brake (full power)

No separate front/back brakes, as we didn’t want to make the control scheme any more complex. Different bikes have different brake balance and braking power.

Other buttons:
Y = bail out
B = quick restart to last checkpoint
BACK = quick restart track (faster “ready, go!” version)
START = open in-game pause menu

Sounds like an good controller. I’m very curious about the full power “feature”, as it could be real fun to play some level where you only use either full break or full power! Also I’m missing a quick way to change the camera angel, but maybe they’ll use the right and left buttons/bumper for that.

There will be 12 skill levels! Supah fun!

There are 12 different Skill Games in Trials HD. Each with their own leaderboards (with replays) and in-game friend comparision features.

E3 is bringing some awesome games! part 2

There was more awesome games that where told about yesterday! So I thought about making another post about it. Hopefully I’ll get around to post about me soon. Just need some time to relax first. PS: Have some cool news about me too!

“Anywho”, here are the videos! Enjoy!

Trials is coming to XBLA! AWESOME! With a level editor too! I can’t wait! Going to be so sweeeeeeet!

It’s all moving forward

Since my girlfriend and I moved into our apartment, things have been a bit busy. Getting stuff to work, paint walls, set up furniture, make food, school and so on. Luckily we are getting done with most of the stuff. Our bedroom is now painted. Looking really fly, and we’re planning on moving the bed tomorrow. Need to dry and air the smell out first. I’m also starting with my mandatory task in java tomorrow. Probably not getting it done, but will at least get a huge step further than I’m now. Also I’ve been seeing more and more game I want to buy and play. Too bad the time and money doesn’t stretch that far. “Anywho”, N+ level pack #2 is hitting XBLA tomorrow and 2D Boy is done with their World of Goo! Yay!

It’s hard!

My life is so hard! As I’m moving next week I need to get myself a new TV. And there is so much to choose from. Too much. I have no idea what to pick. So it will be interesting to see what I end up with. I also found out that my computer is fixed. Good news! So hoping to get it back the next few days. My girlfriend also bought a new laptop. The Acer One with Linux. It’s so freaking cool! I want it too! At least I get to play with it. Cheers.

On the N+ news, I’ve given up for now to create my episode on the computer since the XBLA version is so much better, so I’ll wait for the N v1,5 to make them. I have some photos you can all look at while we sit and wait. Hit the jump to see them!

Penny Arcade Adventure coming to XBLA next week!

Penny Arcade Adventure is hitting XBLA May 21 at 1600 Microsoft Points. A bit expensiv, but I think it can be worth it. I’m at least checking out the demo. Penny Arcade Adventure is also coming; PC, Mac and Linux. Not PSN port since it doesn’t support Torque, the engine the game is built on. Hit the jump for some pictures
